Tackle boat in the fall
The device and equipment of the boat. Choosing a place for fishing on a boat.
This tackle allows you to deliver the lightest nozzle or even an artificial fly at a great distance from the coastline, without having to do spinning and fly fishing. The main prey for fishermen with this tackle are fish that stay in the surface layers of water. This is a chub, asp, ide, sabrefish. Less common: perch, pike. As already mentioned, a boat can deliver a light bait to the fishing spot on the thinnest fishing line, which is very important in the summer, when the fish is full and careful. In autumn, a boat can become a successful tackle for pike fishing, especially on small rivers. And instead of leashes with bait, the boat can be equipped with metal leashes and plant live bait.
Catching asp, chub and ide can be difficult because it is difficult for the fisherman to go unnoticed to the parking of careful fish, both along the shore and on the boat by water. The boat, which is also called a sled, is attached to the main fishing line, on which there are leashes with baits, baits or fry, and at an angle departs from the coast, obeying the tension of the fishing line and the strength of the oncoming current. The direction angle with respect to the shore changes due to the reverse response when the fishing line is tensioned. The simplest reverse is a ring that moves freely along the bracket on the ship’s hull. When tensioning or weakening the main fishing line, the angle of the boat changes with respect to the coastline and direction of the river. More complex reverses on purchased boats are fixed with a lever with a spring or by throwing the ring through the bracket in the form of an obtuse angle and fixing it by means of rubber tension.
Catching on a boat by many anglers is done simply, without a fishing rod, holding a fishing line in his hands. This is a perfectly acceptable way of fishing, but it has some disadvantages. Firstly, you have to wind the fishing line just to the shore, where it can catch and get tangled, and secondly, if you need to raise the main fishing line above the water with your hands, this can only be done within the limits of the length of the hands. And you need to raise leashes and flies while catching surface fish – chub and asp. Therefore, a strong spinning rod, for example, composite or even fiberglass, is most often used. It is more durable for impact and other rod loads. Similar rods are used in trolling. Most often, the upper thin knee is removed. After all, the rod does not need to participate in the hooking and fishing of fish to the extent necessary in fishing for spinning. The coil is also used powerful, better multiplier or the simplest inertia. Why is this needed? When a boat is brought to the river rod and fishing during the course, the tackle experiences heavy loads, which are created by the strength of the current and the resistance of such a structure as a boat. In addition, during the survival of large fish, the resistance becomes even stronger.
As the main or towing line, usually a thick monofilament line with a diameter of 0.6-0.7 mm is used, since it accounts for the bulk of the load. And on a leash they put a fishing line depending on the object of fishing and the time of year. The finest but strongest leashes are used to catch a careful chub. Blows and jerks of the fish are well extinguished by tackle, which moves freely on water. Often streamers are used to catch surface fish. Using various flies, they are often not lowered into the water, but only struck by them along the surface of the river. The ides, chubs, chubs very actively respond to this, especially during the departure of the mayfly.
Meanwhile, the pike and no less successfully use the boat for their own purposes, bringing fry and bait fish to the water, without using a boat for this. The predator is especially successful in the fall.
The choice of place should be carried out taking into account the fact that you need to move along the shore, while not letting go of the gear. This is necessary to better exit the boat to the required level, as well as to search for a new place without taking gear out of the water, but only moving within a certain area.

Therefore, you need to choose a clean stretch of shore without logs, floats and stones. Willow bushes can be cut with a machete. You need to choose a place, of course, for successful fishing. And these are the sidelines and sections of grass off the coast, next to which you need to conduct a boat. The border of the coastal shallow and the channel is often visible by the change in the nature of the wave, when the aground the wave suddenly becomes boiling, with lamb on the crest.
