hook with a crumb
The officials are still deciding our fate … Putting the law into practice. How much can be stored and exported. About catch rates.
This topic excites, and the fishing community will excite for a long time, and this topic was re-developed on August 7 in connection with a meeting led by the head of the Federal Agency for Fishery Ilya Shestakov, which was held in Astrakhan. It was about the implementation of the recently adopted Federal Law “On amateur fishing.”
The meeting was attended by representatives of Russian fishing organizations, with a dozen governors and even deputies of the State Duma of Russia. Why was Astrakhan chosen for this Russian forum? Probably due to the fact that for many ordinary fishermen these places are considered to be some kind of fishing Eldorado, an earthly fishing paradise, where every fisherman would like to go during his lifetime … But not everyone succeeds. It takes time and relatively large financial investments. Despite the legendary fame of these places in the lower Volga, the Astrakhan fishermen themselves do not live very well, if we talk not about fishing, but about a banal “household”, from which the Russian citizen can not escape, wherever he lives. And these are shamefully low salaries, pensions, for which it is impossible to die at the current rates of “grave diggers”, or rather the mafia on death. It is clear that Astrakhan fishermen always solved these problems, as the situation dictated to them, when you live in places of concentration of all fish, including sturgeons. Continue reading
An important feature of autumn fishing. On a leash with a snare bait. Feeder tackle.
There is probably no better time for fishing than quiet sunny days and cold nights in the placer of stars of the “Indian summer” period. Let nature seem to freeze in a sweet and fearful scumbag in the face of imminent cold, gray ice fogs and drizzling days and nights with autumn rains and drizzles. But this time is filled with a sense of solemnity and astringent smoke, even if nothing is burned, with the piercing smell of cold grass in the meadows and bitter foliage, gilded birch groves over quiet water. Over the river, frozen in the morning and gray-haired from hoarfrost, slowly hawk-goshawks are circling, and a gray-haired owl “crouches” somewhere in the dark spruce. This is the main thing in the current hasty and mercantile routine. More philosophers, writers and fishers of past centuries wrote about the great and at first glance invisible, but enchanting power of nature. And all that was important in the 19th century remained so, only computers, navigators and fish disappeared in our rivers and lakes …
An important feature of autumn fishing
Of course, one should not forget about such an important feature of autumn fishing – there are no or almost no mosquitoes … Yes, yes, let the fisherman be accustomed to this Russian misfortune on our rivers and lakes, but how many joyful minutes spoil these fleeing flocks of bloodsuckers! .. At first, we will talk about things relatively neutral, and only then – about the main, in my opinion, threat to an ordinary amateur fisherman.
Ambiguous opinions are expressed regarding amendments to the recreational fishing law. This was also written in an article by Mikhail Semin, recently published on the pages of the resource “Hunters. RU”. The author is not in vain afraid of repressive measures on the part of our state against ordinary amateur fishers. And the technology of such measures is visible quite noticeably. First, a throw-in is made, then there is a discussion, a promise not to take unpopular measures, and then, with reference to objective circumstances, as well as to the changed situation, the most stringent draconian law is adopted. And here you can draw an analogy with the law on raising the retirement age. However, if we take into account how much money our pensioners survive, then the upcoming pension will not seem so desirable. Rather, it is a painful way of suicide. For some reason, our state proposes to tighten our belts in difficult times and live on the brink of poverty for the most needy and unprotected, this is for the elderly and state employees from education and culture. Tips to tighten their belts for some reason do not concern deputies and officials.
But back to fishing. At first, we will talk about things relatively neutral, and only then – about the main, in my opinion, threat to an ordinary amateur fisherman. Continue reading
